My product is still under the warranty, how can I get it fixed or replaced?

Please return your item to the retailer to see if your item is still covered under the terms and conditions of the stores returns policy. Alternatively you can return your item to Wahl (UK) Limited, Sterling House, Clipper Close, Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 5GG along with a copy of your proof of purchase, your address detailsand covering note. If you have misplaced your proof of purchase Wahl (UK) Ltd can go by the date code on your product.
