Ingredients

½ Ripe banana peeled and cut into chunks

50g White seedless grapes

100g Plain yoghurt

½ Apple cored and cut into chunks

50g Fresh watercress leaves washed

1 tsp Runny honey

Equipment

Hand Blender

Measuring jug

Cup or glass to serve

Method

Place all of the ingredients into the blender cup and blend until smooth, you may need to add a little milk and re-blend to help mix and obtain the required consistency.
