½ Ripe banana peeled and roughly chopped

½ Ripe mango peeled, roughly chopped and de-stoned

250ml Fresh orange juice

½ Vanilla pod scrapped


Hand Blender

Measuring jug

Cup or glass to serve


Place the banana, mango, orange juice and the seeds from the vanilla pod into the blender cup and blend until smooth.
