A simple Red Berry Smoothie recipe.

150ml Cranberry juice

1 Small punnet of fresh Raspberries

75ml Semi skimmed milk

150g Plain yoghurt

1 tsp Clear honey


Hand Blender

Measuring jug

Cup or glass to serve


Place all the ingredients into the blender cup and blend until all of the ingredients are combined then pour into glasses or store until ready to drink.
