Spice Mix Recipe
Full of flavour and easy to make, this freshly ground, versatile spice mix can be used for almost anything. From chicken skewers, to pulled pork and vegetables.
30 g (¼ cup) paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon cayenne
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons ground pepper
1: Add the pepper to the Spice Grinder and turn on. Grind this until the peppercorns have turns into a powder.
2: Pour in a little paprika.
3: Next, add the mustard powder in.
4: Tip in the salt.
5: Add in the brown sugar.
6: Sprinkle in the garlic powder.
7: Finally, add the cayenne to the mix.
8: Turn the Spice Grinder on and continue to grind until you are left with an orange powder.
Use immediately or store in a sealed pot for later.
