If the product shows a (-) figure when you go to checkout, unfortunately this means the product can’t be purchased.

Dear customer,

We hope you are well and adapting as well as can be to the new normal.

In this fast-changing environment, we too are making some changes to adapt while following government guidelines and still delivering a great service to you.

Our staff and customers are of upmost importance to us and we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Our warehouse remains open with safeguards in place to ensure a safe working environment and hygienic processing of your order.

We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible, however, like everyone in this situation we are working to uncertain timescales. In the meantime, please bear with us us as you may experience some delays.

Products Not Available For Purchase

You may notice that we only have a select number of products available to purchase online currently. This is to ensure we can still fulfil any orders made in a reasonable time frame.

If there’s a product you are looking to purchase but can’t, please check back with us in a while as we hope to make more products available again soon.

Online Orders

We are still taking online orders, although delivery times may be affected.

You will receive an order confirmation via email after payment is made. You will then get an email to update you when your order has been dispatched.

Please note, that our couriers are experiencing delays in their service which is beyond our control.



Standard delivery remains free for all orders over £10. We are experiencing a high volume of orders, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery.


Telephone Orders

We are unable to take orders over the phone, please look to place your order online.


Service Exchange and Repairs

Currently, we are not offering a service exchange or repair service.

Our customer service team are continuing to operate remotely and are available to help you with issues and queries.

If you have sent an email to our customer service team, please allow up to 7 working days for a reply. We are working to respond to all queries as soon as possible.
