The Senior® 2.0 features a stronger motor than the original Senior. With Adaptive Speed Control™ and a 5-position lever that can also be set in a "freeflow" mode. The blade is made with an ultra-strong carbon steel alloy, the blades are DLC coated, designed to provide seamless fades, bulk removal, and taper-to-fade performance.

Description

Introducing the NEW Senior 2.0 Professional Clipper, our next iteration of the bestselling barber tool. The Senior 2.0 comes with our NEW click or free-flow taper lever which allows for increased length control with every cut. Durable yet balanced it’s metal frame features patented groove grips for extra comfort. Stay powered with the included fast-charging Single Power Station™ and charging cable, the clipper is both USB-C and Wahl Power Station compatible.

The clipper kit includes 7 premium cutting guides to create a full range of styles. The new Standard 2.0 blade is 6 grams lighter than our Standard blade for efficient cutting. Made from high-carbon steel with black PVD Chrome and DLC coatings, blades are ultra-strong, rust-resistant, and remain sharp up too 4x longer vs. compared to steel blades in lab testing. The blades can be zero-gapped for clear lines and clean fades.

The Senior 2.0 has an Adaptive Speed Control™ motor, which automatically adjusts motor speed to hair types, giving you smoother results with less passes. It cuts at 8000RPM, 20% faster motor than the original senior.

Evolving the Taper Lever

The new 5-position click / free-flow taper lever can easily be switched between settings with no tools needed. Blending or fading will be far easier now.

Lighter Blade For Precise Barbering

Senior 2.0 includes our NEW lighter blade allowing for precise cutting with less weight and allows for zero-gap capability.

What is the difference between the Senior 2.0 and the other senior clippers?

We took the original Senior clipper and decided to bring it in line with our latest clipper technology. It has a faster, more powerful motor (8000rpm), It has modern charging ports (USB-C or charging station compatible) and it also has our latest, DLC + black PVD Chrome blade that can be adjusted quickly with the new no-click lever.

How does the adaptive speed control work?

The Clipper motor automatically detects when hair is becoming thicker to cut through, so it slows down the motor to be able to cut through the thicker bulk easier. When it detects the hair clearing away it readjusts the motor back to a faster RPM so it can give smoother, quicker cutting.

What is the Senior 2.0 designed to excel at?

The Senior 2.0 is designed to handle powerful bulk removal and close precision fading. Essentially it is made to give a full haircut without having to swap around tools.
