James Martin's Green Smoothie

The green smoothie is made with the James Martin Table Blender with Grinder


  • ½ Ripe banana peeled and cut into chunks
  • 50g White seedless grapes
  • 100g Plain yoghurt
  • ½ Apple cored and cut into chunks
  • 50g Fresh watercress leaves washed
  • 1 tsp Runny honey


  1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender cup and blend until smooth, you may need to add a little milk and re-blend to help mix and obtain the required consistency.
  2. Remove from the blender and drink or store until required.
